Site inspections are highly recommended as they allow us to meet with you personally, experience first hand all elements of the event together, and fine tune all details as needed. During a site inspection, you can expect to review all offered venue options, hotel and accommodation selections, as well as approve all services being coordinated to bring your affair to life.

We work with you to personalize your inspection itinerary to ensure that you are meeting with the facilities and suppliers that are important to your event. From the time you arrive, until the time you return home, you will enjoy our renowned hospitality. Upon greeting you at the airport and taking you to your hotel, you will be our guest as we accompany you to all of the pre-arranged appointments and meetings with appropriate purveyors, which have been coordinated well in advance of your arrival.

Before leaving us, you will have gained a much better understanding of the way the proceedings will unfold, with a clear picture in your mind of the physical context in which things are happening.
